Help My EOS pls pls

Hi all,
My Canon EOS 350D is showing Busy when i take a shot, and when i press the play button it shows "busy" and nothing is saved in CF card.
I searched how to update the firmware but i dont see the "firmware ver" in settings http://www.amateurphotographer.co.uk...cons/icon9.png

pls i need some help

Try to replace CF card ?

i tried with no result,
maybe a firmware upgrade can fix the problem, i have the file in the CF card, but i dont see "firmware version" in settings:(

To start with, in a few words you should explain who you are.
I do not know the 350D but in the menu there should be a picto (spanner and hammer) and somewhere in the list you will see "Firmware Ver xxxxx)
Check if you can read your CF card from your PC (card reader)
Check if you can connect your 350D to your PC (USB cable and EOS Utility)
Try to format your CF card
Try another CF card

Previously did your 350D did connect to your PC?
Or is this a new problem?
Have you tried to reset to factory settings (remove coin battery from the APN)?

C'est aussi facile de regarder sur le menu de l'appareil, c'est affiché en clair sur l'écran.

Simorider,
avez vous essayé une remise à zéro (enlever la batterie bouton) qui remettra l'appareil avec sa configuration sortie d'usine.
ça sent le remplacement de l'appareil car une réparation coûtera plus cher qu'un appareil neuf.

Non, la pile lithium ne sert que pour l'horloge RTC

La configuration est stockée en Flash et ne peut être remise a zéro que par les options idoines (généralement deux, config et Cfn).
