The Competition lasts from 15 February 2010 to 25 March 2010. Photos for the Competition may be submitted not later than on 15 March 2010. Votes in the first stage of the Competition may be sent until 25 March 2010. Results of the second and final stage shall be announced within 48 hours after the completion of voting.
