je viens de recevoir ça de leur part :
Hello V,
I am delighted that you have chosen the Spider Holster and hope you are finding the system as useful and efficient as you expected. We continue to receive feedback from customers on a daily basis who express their great satisfaction with the Spider Holster system and convey wonderful stories about how it has changed the way they carry their camera gear. While the feedback we receive is almost exclusively positive, occasionally we do field concerns from customers as well.
Recently, the experience reported by two of our thousands of active users has caused us to reinvestigate some of our equipment, namely the buckle we currently use on our Spider Holster Belt. On these two occasions, their Spider Belt buckles opened without having to depress the required pressure points. In order to safeguard your investment and your confidence in the Spider Holster system, we have elected to replace the current buckle on our system to ensure this issue will not have a chance to affect our valued customers any further.
When I originally designed the Spider Holster and formed this small company to bring the product to market, I promised myself that we would provide the best quality products we possibly could. In this instance, I feel that it is important that we bring these rare instances to your attention immediately and suggest you refrain from using your Holster Belt as we work to replace the current belt with a new buckle. We are working with our manufacturing partners to expedite these newly designed Holster Belts and will hopefully have them available to you in the coming weeks.
As a working photographer myself, I realize that this situation may impact your shooting style as we approach what is a very busy season for all of us. If you find that you have come to rely on your Spider Holster as I have, I would suggest that until a replacement can be shipped to you that you try using your SpiderPro Holster on a sturdy leather belt or on another sturdy utility belt. Remember to thread your belt through the Spider's back clip for maximum security.
If you are concerned about the reliability of your Spider Holster Belt, we urge you to contact us immediately so we can replace this portion of your Spider Holster system free of charge.
To request a replacement belt, please email the following information to hello@spiderholster.com which will be cross-referenced with our customer database for verification:
