Une petite lecture d'un forum en anglais m'a permis d'y voir un peu plus clair:

How good is the canon 430exII ?
Question: Does this mean that the YN-568ex can be controlled on camera and on radio SAME as the 430\580ex mark II ?
Réponse: Yes. That's why it's so popular among those who purchase the YN-622c triggers.
The YN-565EX can also be menu-commanded, and can do all the TTL stuff, but is not HSS-capable, the way the YN-568EX is.

Donc le yn-568ex semble être pilotable (tous les éléments comme un ex II) via l'interface du boîtier (5dIII, 7D,...) avec le déclenchement HSS en moins. Donc idéal avec les yn-622c...

Le yn-560III n'a pas de ttl et n'est pas pilotable comme le yn-568ex.
