C'est le principe. Sur cette page, voici la méthode :

Plug in the DSLR.Bot Infrared Transmitter into the headphone jack of the iPhone.
Activate the Camera’s Infrared receiver function.
On Canon EOS Cameras press the <AF.Drive> button.
Look at the LCD panel and turn the dial to either “10-sec self-timer” or “2-sec self-timer”.
