Si la langue anglaise ne te rebute pas, voici les points à vérifier:

1) Verify that every control/button/connection on the camera works
2) Visually check the lens mount for signs of excessive wear/use. Check for excessive play on mount with lens attached
3) Check back/top LCD for signs of damage, esp. water encroachment. Verify uniform brightness of both (with no flickering)
4) Check CF pins
5) Check for excessive sensor dust or oil deposits by shooting at the minimum aperture and viewing the resulting photo on the computer
6) Check the shutter by shooting a bright, uniform object at both the x-sync speed and maximum shutter speed, look for any evidence of the shutter blades visible in the resulting photos
7) Check the shutter/mirror box by shooting at max FPS for a few sequences
8 ) Check viewfinder for excessive dust and uniform AF point illumination
9) Check flash hotshoe for signs of excessive wear. Confirm ETTL operation with a flash
10) Check for any atypical banding by shooting of series of photos at various exposures and ISOs
11) Check AF by using a lens with a large maximum aperture and shooting it wide-open at objects at varying distances to the camera
12) Check AWB (I've seen cameras where the WB sensor was malfunctioning)
13) Check SN against online databases to make sure the camera isn't stolen
