I have tried all the steps, but when i connect my eos to pc "l'apareil n'est pas detecté comme si elle n'est pas connecté"

Previously did your 350D did connect to your PC?
Or is this a new problem?
Have you tried to reset to factory settings (remove coin battery from the APN)?
