[HELP] impossible d'installer CS4 - windows 7 64 bits

bonjour à tous
je vous ecris pour implorer de l'aide et surtout les competences de certains dans le domaine informatique
mon cas :
- PC sous OS windows 7 64 bits
- photoshop CS4 extended

je lance l'installation et là..catastrophe.. "les composants suivants n'ont pu etre installés" (photoshop cs4.exe etc..)

=> impossible d'installer ce programme car l installation bloque quand photoshop essaie de modifier le fichier c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\colors\sRGB color space profile.icm
or windows 7 64 bits n autorise pas l acces et la modification de ce fichier !!!
meme en changeant les autorisations pour le dossier system32 !

le probleme est connu sous vista mais a pu etre "contourné" avec un petit logiciel qui permet de "debloquer" ce fichier ... (logiciel unlocker)
mais ce petit programme ne marche pas sous 7 64 bits ....

donc je me retrouve avec ma version ô combien onereuse de photoshop..mais qui ne peut pas etre installée...

alors que faire ?
- compter sur le genie d'un bidouilleur ?
- attendre CS5 et faire changer CS4 au motif d installation impossible averée et constatée par adobe ?

mais est ce que CS5 aura corrigé ce souci ??

en tout cas c'est tres facheux car j'ai mes habitudes de travail avec photoshop depuis un moment et je voudrais vraiment profiter de mon logiciel !

merci d'avance à ceux qui pourraient apporter un peu de lumiere à mon sombre probleme

J'ai installé PS CS4 sous windows 7 64 bits, sans aucun soucis. As-tu bien lancé l'installation sous un compte administrateur ? Sinon, effectivement ça marchera pas.

j ai trouvé la solution ailleurs :

So when you put the disk in it won't run correctly? When the disk is inserted you should have a window pop up with 2 options. 1 to install and the other to see what is on the disk. Choose to explore or open the disk. Go to the CS4 folder where the photoshop .exe file is (that will run the setup), right click on the .exe file and choose run as Admin and it should start. See if it will install. If not then read below.


I am not sure how far you got in the install before so chances are you will have to run the CS4 cleanup utility. 2 levels to run at but don't use 1 or 2 just type in the number 3.

You may need to run the windows installer cleanup utility too


Use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove Office 2000, Office XP, or Office 2003


Before you try to reinstall the software ensure that adobe reader is not installed. If it is remove it. It has caused issues in the past with vista and CS4 installs.


Also turn off windows Defender and any anti-virus software. You can keep UAC on in Windows 7.


During the CS4 install at 90 percent it will almost stop and may take 5 to 10 mins to finish. This is normal. What a pain huh......


After install is finished, reboot


After reboot, go to the CS4 64 bit or 32 bit icon (depends on 32 or 64 bit Windows 7) in start area, right click on CS4 64 bit (if you have windows 7 64 bit) and choose properties, compatibility tab and then check run as Admin at the bottom area. Hit apply, ok to close out.


Now start CS4 and run the updater.

et ça a fonctionné...

j'ai lancé les 2 utilitaires sus cités puis desinstallé adobe reader et un logiciel arcsoft (panorama maker)
j'ai nettoyé les entrées arcsoft dans la base de registre et hop ! bingo

ça me rassure ... ^^

mais par contre je n arrive pas a refaire fonctionner mon plugin silver efex pro sniff... faut que je recreuse encore ...

marche en 32 bits pas en 64 bits il me semble le plug in (lance PS en version 32 il devrait y etre present)

C'est la grande nouveauté du CS5 de gérer enfin le 64 bits.

euh désolé mais je tourne avec adobe photoshop cs4 en 64bits sur mon windows 7 et cela fonctionne correctement. Je n'ai pas eu un seul problème d'installation...

Désolé d'avoir "zappé" cette discussion, olivebrazil (j'ai des pertes de mémoire, c'est pas toujours facile), mais je suis content que tu aies trouvé la solution à ton problème.
